The Collaboratory

Located at 540 West Woodbury Road in Altadena, the Eaton Fire Collaborative’s Collaboratory serves as a central hub for survivors to access vetted recovery resources and engage directly with community partners driving long-term recovery efforts.

To get started, choose the support-request form that best matches who needs assistance. CAP staff will follow up with next steps.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS

Complete this form if you are a:

  • Parent/guardian of a current PUSD K-12 student
  • PUSD school staff member or community member referring the family
18+ STUDENTS

Complete this form if you are a:

  • Graduate or 18+ student
  • Parent, school staff member (past or present), or community member referring the student

CAP Hours at The Collaboratory:
Tuesdays: 11 am-4 pm
Wednesdays: 11 am-5 pm
